Terms & Conditions: Shipping /Refunds

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are no longer available. Some products may not be available immediately but can be pre-ordered and will be labelled as such.

Delivery Lead Times

Some of our items are created bespoke to order. Therefore, we will provide you with an estimated time-frame for your order.

Our estimated lead times consider external supplier shipping, administration and making times. Additionally, the size of items and delivery locations may increase the original lead time quoted. Once your order is ready for its final delivery, we will coordinate with you to find the perfect delivery time.

Shipping

Shipping will be arranged with you following your order where we can discuss delivery options with you. We aim to have artworks with you within 2 weeks of purchase. All artworks can either be collected in person or we are able to offer a range of shipping options , dependent on the size and fragility of your work. Collection is from London, 2GF. You will be notified by email when your work is ready for collection.

Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address you specified in your order, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, You are liable for making all necessary arrangements at your expense, including compliance with all Health & Safety obligations and provision of appropriate equipment and manual labour to accept delivery for the Products when they are tendered for delivery. Failure to do so may result in an unsuccessful delivery. We reserve the right to rearrange delivery and will invoice for you costs incurred with respect to reasonable administration costs, additional storage of the Products and repeated delivery charges.

Returns

All standard items can be returned or exchanged if they have not been used. Bespoke items cannot be returned nor exchanged.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by email at info@studioelliemaya.com. All goods returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. Upon return, the goods will be inspected, and a refund made within 14 days (excluding original delivery charge). Please note that you will will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit.  We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and a re-saleable condition. If you have initiated the return after 15 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation of order

Cancellation of standard items orders should be made in writing to Customer Services at info@studioelliemaya.com within 24 hours of order confirmation online. A later cancellation may not be possible, since we endeavour to ship the goods immediately. Bespoke items orders cannot be cancelled.

Import Duty

If you order Products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
